Winter is here and Tis the Season to layer up! Transitioning into winter fashion can seem overwhelming...new styles come out as you bring out last year's winter wardrobe and are wondering, "does any of this still excite me?" Well, I am here to tell you that IT CAN! You can look super stylish with minimal effort with just a bit of styling and the right, multi-season fashion items, many of which you may already own!
As a busy mom that no longer has the time and money I used to have to invest in fashion and styling, I needed to figure out some short cuts and learn how to be resourceful yet stay true to myself as the fashion junky that I have always been.
Here are 5 outfits that can easily be styled with items from my shop and give you a unique look that will keep you looking fresh this season! I will share some of my favorite fashion items and brands that I personally love and own. Most of these items are easy to find online and are conveniently located on Amazon and other great online fashion stores which I will also be sharing.
Outfit 1: Leather-Plaid-Leather
A plaid double-breasted blazer and black tall riding boots are two strong fashion must-haves that give this look that "don't f*** with me" mood. The captain's cap (some also refer to them as newsboy caps) is a trend that I personally think is super sexy and a great way to give your boring winter beanie a break! The Mother Crow Emotionally Intelligent Cropped Shirt looks great with this outfit, especially with a dark-colored pair of pull-on jeans and a vintage-inspired western buckle belt. I love my Ralph Lauren riding boots because they have lasted me for so many years and as a lover of great quality items, I highly recommend their brand for boots.

Outfit 2: Vintage-Hipster Mama
When I saw this vintage dress at a local vintage shop I was instantly attracted to the bright color and print. There is nothing more boring to me than another cliche floral print dress and although floral can be pretty it is hard to make it unique as it is so common. I have always loved button-down dresses and I especially do now they are easy to breastfeed in (YAY TO MAMAS!) Throw on your favorite Jean jacket, a pair of semi-sheer tights and your classic athletic shoes (I love my Adidas originals!) and you're done! This look works well with the Keep your Sanity Fanny Pack because of the vintage-street style vibe the outfit screams.

If you want to go for a cleaner or more poetic look, a turtleneck bodysuit and classic Chelsea boots can do the job. This look is simple but cool and will still get some heads turning your way. I like it with the Party Hard Unisex Shirt as the cut of this tee works perfectly with the turtleneck. Add your favorite pair of jeggings to keep to this look comfortable! If you haven't tried HUE brand jeggings, I highly recommend them!

Basic Solid Bodysuit Turtleneck. AMAZON. $16.99

Outfit 4: Sweatshirt and Skirt
The Sold My Soul Sweatshirt works amazingly as your 'I am at home all-day' comfort piece' but that doesn't mean it can't be styled for fashion perfection! Give it a short tweed skirt, black tights, and burgundy booties, walla you've got some style!

Women's Tweed Short Skirt. AMAZON. $18.99.
Women's Pointed Ankle Booties. AMAZON. $35.99.
Outfit 5: The Punk Mom
Moto style jackets are everywhere this season and as you may already have figured out I am kind of in love with the tweed this year! Ripped jeans we already know are forever, and the fact we don't need to rip them ourselves these days is pretty nice! Jean making companies have figured out how to rip-to-perfection and we have the luxury of finding a pair we love with just the right amount of rip. The Punk but also Mom Tank can be styled so many ways and in this outfit it serves as the primary tone. I recently got these amazing warm-lined boots from H&M and because they are so awesome I really wanted to share them on here as well.
Get The Look:
Moon River Women's Cropped Tweed Moto Jacket. AMAZON. $68.
Distressed Ultra High Waisted Jeans. AMAZON. $38.95
Warm-lined Boots.
H&M. $49.99
Lastly, I will share my lip color! I have several colors of Maybelline's SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick and here I am wearing color, Huntress. I am a huge fan of UNIQUE things and this includes lip colors! The color is long-lasting and gives my lips moisture which becomes so important during the dry winter weather. I am pretty obsessed.
Thanks for reading! Make sure to stay warm and stylish this winter season and keep following for more on fashion! <3
