Shipping Policy

I am dedicated to making all of my customers as happy as motherly possible with my products.For all order related inquiries, please visit the contact page.

Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. Mother Crow will not refund or resend an order for a wrong address entered at check out. If an order is sent back due to a wrong address number, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charge to resend.

Packages do not automatically come with insurance. Orders will ship through USPS and you will be emailed when shipping occurs along with a tracking number. Once the package goes into the hands of USPS we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods along the way. Packages will arrive between 3-5 business days. Please check your email inbox and spam to get tracking info to see the process of your package. If you do not receive your package within the 3-5 business days you will need to contact your local post office and give them your tracking info to have them search for your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items that are to be returned or exchanged must be in unworn, unwashed, condition. There are no exceptions to this. Returns and exchanges can be handled through the contact page
